By submitting just one simple application, Brown & Door County high school students can become eligible for a number of awards. Additionally, students from other Wisconsin counties may be eligible for one of our Partner Scholarships (see Rhoades, Deprey or Packers Pro Shop Employee awards below).
Partner scholarships are funded by individuals, organizations and corporations who wish to recognize students or accomplishments based on specific criteria as designated by the donor. While the conditions of the award are set by each respective donor in order to offer opportunities to students with specific accomplishments, they must also adhere to our mission and fall within the operating parameters of Scholarships, Inc. All scholarship selections are made by volunteers of Scholarships, Inc.
Below are descriptions of the Partner Scholarships that are administered by Scholarships, Inc.

Renewable Scholarships -- Up to Four Years
Renewal scholarships are not guaranteed; a renewal application must be submitted by late July each year.
KC Stock Foundation Scholarship: Brown County high school students pursuing a business degree; emphasis on GPA above 3.0 and strength of personal statement.
Schuette Family Foundation Scholarship: Brown County high school students seeking their first undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College, UW-Green Bay or Bellin College.
Raibrook Foundation Scholarship: Door County high school student; emphasis on demonstrated persistence through challenges.
- Four-year renewable scholarships when attending a four-year accredited college or university full-time.
- Two-year renewable scholarships when attending a two-year technical college full-time.
The Albert & Mary Rhoades Foundation
scholarships are available to students graduating from an
accredited high school in Wisconsin's Brown, Door, Outagamie,
Shawano, Waupaca & Winnebago counties. These awards are available for two years, and are for
students who will attend a four-year
Eligible applicants must:
- Attend a four-year college/university full-time (12 credits or more per semester)
- Pursue a major/field of study in the Arts, Humanities, Religious Studies, Education and select Social Sciences.
The Deprey-Skyline Family IT Scholarship is available to students graduating from an accredited high school in one of the following Wisconsin counties of the NEW North Region: Brown, Calumet, Door, Florence, Fond du Lac, Green Lake, Kewaunee, Manitowoc, Marinette, Marquette, Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Sheboygan, Waupaca, Waushara or Winnebago. This award is available for two years.
Eligible applicants must:
- Pursue a major/field of study in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Kim S.E. Parmentier Delwiche Memorial Scholarship: Brown County high school student with a demonstrated drive to succeed and overcome challenges.
Ruth and Jack Parmentier Memorial Scholarship: Brown County high school student with a demonstrated drive to succeed and overcome challenges.
Renewal applications for
eligible students are due by late July. Renewal eligibility is not
guaranteed; all eligibility criteria must continue to be met and a
renewal application must be submitted each year.

Brown County High School Partner Scholarships
Alec Thomas Memorial Scholarship: Brown County high school student whose life has been impacted by a mental health issue. Must complete an essay to be considered.
Anthony G. Czech Memorial Scholarship: Brown County high school student planning to attend NWTC or FVTC.
Beth LoCascio Memorial: Green Bay West High School student pursuing a four-year or technical degree; majoring in music or theatre.
Bob "Birdie" Burt Memorial Scholarship: Green Bay West High School student attending UW-Green Bay for the second year.
Karin Brown Memorial Scholarship: Green Bay East High School student with proven financial need and demonstrated perseverance over special/unique circumstances.
Gabrielle Fritsche & Paige Derenne Memorial Scholarship: Preble High School student.
Green Bay Packers Scholarship: Brown County high school student; emphasis on participation in sports; GPA above 3.2; active community involvement.
Green Bay Packers Pro Shop Employee Scholarship: Student employed by the Packers Pro Shop through July 31st of the applicant year. Must work a minimum of two days per week at the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop.
- One award to a high school senior attending a fully accredited college/university or a technical college on a full-time basis (12 credits or more).
- One award to a student already in college or beginning their first year of college after one year post-high school. Must attend on a full-time basis (12 credits or more). Open to all employees of the Pro Shop, including those who may have received their award in the past.
Ronald H. Parmentier Memorial Scholarship: De Pere High School Boys Basketball team member who has played all four years; written recommendation from Head Basketball Coach is required.
Spirit of Free Enterprise Scholarships: Awarded to students who reflect the spirit of free enterprise through their demonstrated leadership and involvement in the community. Emphasis on well-rounded, self-motivated students. Applicants must respond to an essay that answers the question "What does free enterprise mean to me?"
- Sponsored by Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Honor of Larry Ferguson: Awarded to a Boy Scout who has achieved Eagle Scout status and/or FFA member that has achieved an FFA Chapter or State FFA award.
- Sponsored by Rotary Foundation of Green Bay: Awarded to a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
William T. Sprole: Green Bay Southwest High School student.
Todd Levy Memorial: Preble High School Tech Ed student who is earning a "B" or better in Tech Ed classes and is pursuing a four-year or technical degree. Required: recommendation from Preble Tech Ed teacher.
Dennis Sawdo Memorial Technical College Scholarship: Sturgeon Bay High School student enrolled full-time in a technical or vocation program. Financial need and strong work history is considered. Special consideration given to student whose family has been affected by cancer.
Dennis Sawdo Memorial Scholarship for Diesel Mechanic: High school seniors or returning adults in Door County with financial need who are pursuing the one-year Diesel Mechanic studies program (full-time).
Ernest & Shirley Krueger Endeavour Award: Sturgeon Bay High School student with proven financial need. Emphasis on work ethic.
